A Piece Of Advice On How To Write A 3-Paragraph Essay On A Book
A three paragraph essay is the simplest type of essay possible. It is the first format a student is taught and it is the basic of essay writing. You can write a three paragraph essay on anything including a book. Writing on a book will be very easy because there will be a lot of information to write on. You will have to read the book thoroughly in order to get all the facts and then you will have to decide which are most important. You can write a detailed summer in a three paragraph paper, it should be more like general review of the book. You can add a few lines about how you felt personally after reading the book but usually there is no space for self reflection in a three page paper. Here are a few tips that will help you write the paper.
Things to keep in mind:
The three paragraphs are more or less linear form of writing. You do not have to go back and forth while writing this kind of paper. You will have to start with the introduction that will have a brief detail on the author. If the author is a well reputed one you may include more than what is customary and write about some of the achievements of that writer before moving in on the book.
The introduction will also have the storyline of the book. You can do it in four or five sentence. There is no need to go into details but just give the story line with barest minimum information.
Once you have finished the introduction you will have to write the body or the second paragraph. It will have all the important details you think are relevant about the book. There will be lots of things you will wish to write about the book but do not go overboard. Instead describe only one or two scene properly so that the reader gets a good idea on what the book is actually about and how the writing style is. You do not need to explain the whole story to make people understand just one chapter should be enough.
The conclusion should have details about any significant achievements that the book might have. If there is none you can end with your own personal reflection after reading the book.
